The company offers a personal and professional service to landowners wishing to maximise upon the value of their property assets. Additionally, trademyland identifies and acquires sites on behalf of retained developer clients. No plot or site is too small or too large - from unique individual plots for bespoke properties through the ranges to large, multi-unit developments - we handle it all.
trademyland is experienced in other development sectors including specialised education/student accommodation, affordable housing, care home and the age sensitive/retirement sector.

Land owner services
Using the latest software specifically created for the residential development industry, we are able to remotely assess your land and provide a free, no obligation comment as to whether your land has development potential, subject to a site visit and financial viability.
All conversations & meetings are in the strictest confidence and without obligation and, as previously stated, without any cost to the land owner.
Developer services
We work with property and land development companies across a wide geographic area. The services we offer include the supply of land and development opportunities, along with the disposal of consented and unconsented development sites.
Our honest and transparent approach to the trading of land is focused around longevity and continued business, with our new and existing client base. Building lasting relationships and multiple site sales is our aim.
